Directly opposite the hotel is a well presented and well maintained 40 acre park which is perfect for an early morning or evening stroll. The staff are very friendly and remembered me from my previous visit. One slightly confusing thing is the location of the restaurant (lower ground floor) in relation to access by the hotel's three lifts.

We were welcomed graciously by the night staff. The breakfast buffet was the least interesting of all the places we’ve seen in the last three weeks. Breakfast staff doesn’t clear plates as they are used from tables. (I am thinking this a North American view). The room 1201 has no shower curtain- again is this a North America view? I did like having the back alley view, much quieter with many interesting and hidden restaurants. Too bad we discovered on our last day in HCMC

Bathroom needs improving

This is a 3 star hotel, so expectations need to be kept inline, but for me the most disappointing thing was the bathroom, whike the room is a bit dated and dull, the bathroom is even more so. There is no shower screen so water went everywhere. Also for me the breakfast was poor, i jnow I am in Vietnam but some croissants would be good.

I had a wonderful stay at Kin Central Park Saigon. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. I was especially impressed by the spacious rooms and how thoughtfully they were designed. The staff were all friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I truly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come back on my next trip to Saigon.

No western TV news; other hotels have. Shower cubicles no door/screen this completely wet broom floor. Toilets very poor operation. No need lamps. Beds blanket too small. .... and so on ! Staff, breakfast, cleanliness all good OK.

The hotel was nice but the staff were the most unfriendly people in a hotel that I have ever encountered. The reception staff were beyond rude. The staff in the dining room at breakfast were unfriendly.

Everything about this hotel is normal EXCEPT the bathroom issues. Our room did NOT have shower stand. We had to sit down on the bathtub to take shower or water will be all over the place. There was NO shower curtain nor glass panel. Other regular rooms are the same. Only the tiny room have shower stand.

Good location & comfortable stay

Single “Cosy Queen” room was comfortable & clean with ample sized bathroom. However having to change rooms (from a tour booking) to my booking & asked to be charged VND 200k per night to keep existing room was petty. The new room was exactly the same room, one floor down but with no window. The window on 1st room had window, but no view. Shower was never hot, just mildly warm. Bed very comfortable & two small bottles of complimentary water each day appreciated. Breakfast underwhelming with staff very slow to replenish either food or glasses. Otherwise all staff friendly & helpful. Use Google Maps to find good food places nearby - there are a few - great bakery Tours Les Jours just a block away.
