The hotel had been renovated recently and now the rooms are more spacious, comfortable and brighter.

Good location but small room
Shower water cannot control well ,either very hot or very cool . The hotel only offer two bottle water on the first day check in ,no matter how many day you stay .

Disappointing
I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past but under new ownership the condition of the property has dropped noticeably. Towels were very worn and not very clean and the general condition of the property is showing it’s age. Newer properties adjacent to this hotel might be a better choice.

Caring for people that stays in that hotel
There are 3 things that I occur when staying at there which I won't forget that place in my life. Firstly, the rainy days that occur while we wants to get our dinner outside and to some places that tourists will go when the person in the reception counter gives us the big umbrella so that we won't get wet that easily and even get sick too. Secondly, is the hot water that the reception counter get for me in a efficient and effective manner. Thirdly, is the counter people who gives us the information of some places to go and ask us to take care of our belonging that makes us feel like we are at home.

Convenient and clean
Convenient location and fair price. Comfortable room and helpful staff. Area is backpacker land and I didn't spend any time there as was busy elsewhere in the city

Other options to choose from
Booked the Tunnels tour via hotel. Was terrible. Didn't get a guide upon arrival and our driver got lost on the way there and on the way back. Even after payment, reception wouldn't give us a receipt. We just wanted a note just in case for the next day. No lockers in the room. Also no iron or ironing board either because they want you to pay for it directly via their washing service.

Good price, good location, nothing else.
The room was a lot smaller than depicted on the listing. Pictures also misleading. Price and location was good but that's about it for the positives. Room was extremely small and felt like a jail with no windows. Hard beds are common in this country but this bed was rock hard and I could feel the springs. Shower was extremely hot and difficult to control he temperature adjusting it would make it too cold, then too hot. The room as no safe, and no tag to put on your door for "make up room, or do not disturb" sign. Housekeeping doing their job in the morning often woke me because you can hear everything in the hallways, talking, door slamming, etc. Located on a good street and good price but I will not stay here again.

Quiet oasis in the heart of action
We opted for a room with a window and breakfast included. If you want to be close to the action but still enjoy the peace and quiet of a side street with relatively cheap food and drink then this is the place for you. We loved everything about the iPeace hotel, except may be the unstable WiFi. We extended our stay twice, and will definitely go back!

Basic but all you need
The location and the staff makes it a pretty great place to stay. Rooms were small but clean. Although we did have some issues with ants. Right is the middle of restaurants and bars however the room was quiet at night. Great AC in the room. Small fridge and safe. Free water bottle daily. Booked our cu chi tunnel tour at reception and they also arranged our taxi to the airport. Good wifi. Overall a good place to rest at a fair price

Make sure you get the correct room size
Most hotels in Ho Chi Minh City inflate their room sizes. Make sure that the room size you get is the same as the room size you booked.

The city view is an ally. My ac didn't work well enough to cool the room down, but the staff were helpful. As long as you don't have high expectations. Consider Bali B. Cheaper price. Nicer, but not quite as good of a location.

Great Location, Wonderful Staff
Enjoyed our time here at IPeace. The staff were exceptional. spoke good English, and was very responsive to emails, as we needed airport transfers. Very helpful when we asked for recommendations. Also booked some convenient day tours with the hotel. Our room included breakfast which was right at the next door restaurant. Hotel provided the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. One down side was our air conditioning unit kept dripping (probably from condensation). Location cannot be better, right in the backpacker area of HCM City. If you decide to venture the city on public transit, the bus terminal station is about 5 min walk, so is the Ben Thanh Market. Would definetly stay here again.

most friendly and helpful staff
Stayed here for the 2nd time and have been very happy with my room and especially the staff working at this Place again. Perfect central location but quiet at night. Clean room with comfortable bed, good Wifi , good shower,elevator!.Could arrange a late checkout for a very reasonable rate.

good location but poor room comfort. Front desk very nice and professional. Rooms have paper thin walls and the whole night I could hear water flowing in the pipes loudly. Don't know how did I manage to get some sleep in all that racket! Bed was very hard.

Best location. Super cheap. Very polite staff.
Great location, super friendly and polite staff. All of them. From the receptionist, cleaners and security. Always greet you with a smile. For the very cheap price you get, a nice bed, clean and fresh bathroom with unlimited warm water, satelit tv and ac. The location is good if you like cheap food and beer in a lively area with alot goin on. Bui Vien is just around the corner. Overall great accomidation, thin walls and small rooms are the only bad things. But for the prize, the super helpfull staff and a great location its a very nice place to stay at. I recomend this hotel strongly to anyone with a tight budget who does not bother to much with noise. Looking for a fun area with many backpackers and pubs with cheap food and beer. My second stay here now and I will definetly be back when im here in Saigon again.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now , it's not glamorous but staff are friendly and very helpful . It's located in the heart of district 1 , very central to cafe's , pubs and shopping Ben thanh market is only 10 min walk

The description is misleading. When you book a standard room, you get a room with no windows (who wants to be on vacation is a prison cell?). I tried to explain them that they need to be honest with their customers and they really argued with me instead of owning up and apologise about it. Then they ask you to pay extra money at the hotel if you want to upgrade to a better room. The staff thinks that they do you a favour for letting you stay in their hotel. That is the main reason I grade them 1. Location is very good, thou. If you book this hotel, please make sure anything valuable stays inside your safe box.

Unfortunately did the hotel did not have any record of my booking which I had made the evening before my arrival. Nevertheless I was greeted very friendly with lots of smiles; it took the staff at thre reception not more than 5 minutes to sort out a room for me which included me being upgraded to a superior room. The room was big with a window facing the alley at the front, big bathroom with good shower, TV , fast Wifi , comfortable bed and for the location reasonbly quiet.I stayed only for one night but will definitely come back.

This hotel is located in the heart of the backpackers area of Saigon, just like most Vietnamese hotels in that area, hotel space is small, the standard room can hardly fit 2 adults. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. Most of them spoke English flawlessly

4박5일 일정 중 무이네에 3일 묵고 당일 호치민 관광 겸 짐 맡길 곳이 마땅치 않아 하루 숙박을 잡고 밤에공항으로 이동 예정으로 잠깐 이용하였습니다.14시체크인인데도 불구하고 13시가량 얼리체크인도 가능했고 룸컨디션도 저렴한 가격치고는 깨끗한 수준이었습니다.직원들도 매우 친절하고 다음에 호치민에 갈일이 있으면 또 이용할 예정입니다.위치도 데탐거리에 있고 도보로 중앙우체국과 벤탄시장 데탐거리 등 호치민 관광지 여러곳을 둘러볼수 있어 매우 좋습니다

일단 데탐이랑 1분거리라 좋았다 하지만 작은 생수병도 돈을받았고 불이 너무 어둡고 개미가 너무 많아서 온몸에 개미를 물리고 가방에도 개미가 들어가서 무지 고생했다 여기에서 자고 온얼굴 몸에 두드러기가 났다 가위도 눌리고 너무나 습해서 속옷이 마르지 않았다 아침6시~7시부터 공사를 해서 얼마나 시끄럽던지 다시는 오고싶지않다 참!뜨거운 물은 잘 나옴 The location was good. but there are lots of ants they bit me all the body. the little bottle water is not free. very noisy early in the morning. around 6 or 7 a.m they work on the building. it was too noisy and stessful. I will never go there again. but the hot water works well.

Erittäin positiivinen kokemus tässä hotellissa. Aivan uskomattoman hieno palvelu joka annettiin jatkuvan hymyn kera. Olin kaikenkaikkiaan 4 yötä hotellissa kahdessa eri kerroksessa. Huoneet (de luxe) ikkunoilla kadulle oikein mukavat ja siistit. Suihku joka toimi hyvin. Aamiainen 3 USD vastapäisessä ravintolassa jossa ihan hyvä perusaamiainen. Myös muita ravintoloita ympäristössä jos haluaa valita. Rauhallinen paikka ihan yöelämän keskuksen lähellä. Internet toimii suhteellisen hyvin. Uskoisin meneväni jälleen tähän hotelliin vieraillessani Ho Chi Minh Cityssä.

스위트룸 가족이 이용했는데 아주 만족했습니다. 오래된 호텔을 리모델링 한 듯 했지만 객실 상태 매우 청결하고 시설도 좋았어요. 중간에 샤워 호스에서 물이 샜는데 프론트에 얘기하니 잠시 외출한 사이에 말끔하게 고쳐줬네요. 직원분들 제가 말하는 것을 허투로 듣는 것 하나 없이 친절하게 응대 잘해줬습니다. 위치도 데탐거리 초입 번화가 바로 시작점이라 밤에 시끄럽지는 않으면서 어디든 이동하기 쉽고 주변 시설 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 평과 달리 조식 빵과 커피도 아주 맛있고 좋았어요. 재방문 의사 당연히 있고 이런 가격에 이런 숙소 정말 좋았습니다(단, 티메이커는 없어요)

위치 좋음. 가격이 쌈.
위치가 좋습니다. 여행자 거리에서 굉장히 가까우며, 너무 시끄럽지도 않은 위치에 있어요. 단점은 코가 민감한 분일 경우 객실(특히 화장실)에 구토 비슷한 냄새가 조금 날 수도 있어요. 화장실 문닫아두고 객실에서는 안나는 정도고 샤워하는 동안은 물을 사용해서 그런지 또 안나는 정도였어요. 다른 방도 확인해보니까 같았음. 방이 좁은 편이에요. 창 없는 방은 답답함을 느끼실 수도 있어요. 금고랑 드라이기 있는 방으로 예약했는데 없길래 프론트가서 요청하니까 바로 처리해줬어요. 가격이 싼편이었으니 그 정도에 맞춰 만족해야겠죠.
