Dear Sir / Madam,Thank you for your stayed at Lelanc Saigon,I would like to clarify your info about our FO desk not open 24 hours,By this message, I'm pleased to reconfirm our FO desk open 24 hours with FO staff. For all guest, to open the main entrance always we have 3 options:1. At the main entrance (beside the notice signboard) always has Door bell, when you come back late then press this bell for my staff at the lobby will open the main entrance for you. 2. Any guest stayed at LeBlanc Saigon consecutive two nights we allways create fingerprint to open the main entrance.3. In case any guest don't like to create the fingerprints and don't like press the Door bell at night you can call hotline number on the notice signboard at the main entrance then the hotline will call the staff at lobby to opening the door for guest.Sorry again for your inconvenience if we have any mistake to give you the wrong information,If you have any questions, please do not hestiate to contact me,Best regards,

I'm sorry for your inconvenience about our Vietnamese breakfast have more salty. This issued was reported to our chef. About some over loud noise may be come in your room at some time. Because all our rooms have Windows with double layer glass for anti-noise. You can recheck this quality if you want.
