Only stayed one night. Great location and excellent value for the area. Only negative is the steep entry stairs, no alternative property access which makes moving luggage in and out difficult. Staff are willing to assist though.

I really enjoyed of staying at this hotel. The staffs are extremely friendly, helpful, and always have answer for your need. The receptionist Ms. Ha is cute, friendly, helpful, and have bright smile that enlighten my days of staying at this hotel. And also the bellboy is very friendly. Only down side is the elevator, it take a long time to go up and down and hot. I don’t feel the air At all. Everything else are good. Good location and safe as well. Will come back again soon. Hope I will see Ms. Ha again when I am back to Vietnam.

Cockroaches in the room!!!
The overall look seems clean, but I saw three cockroaches in the room. I informed this to the reception, but they didn’t do anything about it. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I have booked 9 nights stay from May 5 room without breakfirst and I pay for my breakfirst at the counter. On the last day check out the receptionist give me a bill for May 6 breakfirst, Insisting that I never paid because I’m on the phone. Luckily I have a argument on that day (first day breakfirst) with the same lady about the breakfirst price which finally jolted her memory (fortunately). Because of her mistake I’m late for my flight so guest paying breakfirst at the counter better ask for receipt to prevent this from happening. They can come out imaginary scene that you on the phone so you didn’t pay which is very absurd! Because first they checked whether you paid before letting you into the dining room and how you eat if you on the phone the whole time ?? If a guest room is without breakfirst you can never enter without payment first so really it is ridiculous they throw any accusations such as on the phone to see whether it stick. Initially I have good impressions for the staff but this check out spoilt it.

Good, but avoid room 703, if there's another
Great Service and Front Desk staff. I stayed twice within the same week. The first time was a better experience. The second time they put us in Room 703 at the very top. Avoid that room if you can! Because of the way the room is positioned and the very poor windows, all you hear is noise from the street below (cars honking all night), plus the gym (single treadmill) is right above you (you can't miss it running at 6 AM), while everyone has to walk past your room to get to the rooftop bar/pool. The hotel is only a year old, and like I said, the staff is very kind and professional, and the hotel is clean and in good condition. Breakfast seems to be inconsistent each morning, but overall it is okay. Internet is inconsistent as well. There isn't any shade at all on the roof.

In a great location. Quiet, clean, helpful staff. I have had two different rooms here. Without a window is actually quieter than with a window, but nice to look out. My only negative is weird bathtub that leaks water over sides when taking a shower.

Good place for stay but small room, and just ask staff when breakfast finish because we come 9:30 and was finished. We thought it is till 10am so we not had chance for eat, and we looked forward for it.

The room is exactly the same as the photos I see on Expedia . It is clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Staff very friendly. The bed spring has sunk in a little. But still comfortable. The only thing is to update your room directory. It says 24/7 room service but it’s not. I arrived late due to flight delay. Almost midnight when I checked in. Hungry and couldn’t order food. Thank god for Grab Food. Breakfast was bad. Everything is cold. I went down around 9 and lost food was gone and I heard that they were not topping up so there was nothing much to eat. Porridge was slightly burnt.

pity it wasnt a double bed, just two twin in one. very quiet room as we were facing the back, lack of a window, luckily as it was quite noisy in the street as it was a perfect location for in town walks. i cant review for the room with window facing the street. staff has a good english level, very friendly and helpfull. should find a way to get the water in the bathtube when we shower. not used to have water all over the bathroom. might get slippery when getting out of the bath tube after shower.

This hotel is located at a very convenient location. It is within walking distance to a lot of the major destination point such as Ben Thánh Market, Vincom Shopping Center, and Nguyen Hue Street. The staff are nice and friendly. The property is clean. The rooms and bathroom are big. In the rooms they offer toiletries, towels, robes, slippers, laundry service, cable tv, and a small mini bar. Breakfast was complimentary with a very good selection for such a small hotel. The only thing that they need to improve on or reconsider is their bathroom design. Their stand alone tube was poorly designed and water was splashing outside of the tub when we tried to shower, which cause the floor to be wet and slippery.

Excellent Service.. but no go on Shower/Bathtub
Hotel staff was excellent and very courteous. Only thing is the shower/tub combination. The water splash guard was not sufficient, after you shower the entire bathroom floor would be wet. The water from the shower splashes and seeps through the bathtub and on to the entire floor.

Recommended central hotel
Great location, just steps away from the Opera and the luxury Park Hyatt hotel. Simple room, but spacious and had one large and one small (high) window. (I believe I had to upgrade for windows, as there are rooms without!) The only glitch occurred upon checking out. I had an extremely early flight and had to LEAVE at 3:30. I had to wake the night porter and night clerk (understandable). They did everything properly, including checking the room for minibar, etc. I was beginning to run late. Then I asked for a taxi to the airport and they didn't know how to call one. They looked on the street to flag one, but there were none. Finally the porter called someone who came and took me. It wasn't a real taxi, but he did have an app on his phone for meter rates, and it was apparently legitimate, and I made it to airport about 7 or 8 min. late--still in plenty of time for my flight.
