We're also sorry to hear some issue happened that bothered your stay. We do not conduct maintenance work from 9pm onwards unless because of emergency. We have also confirmed that we didnt task our maintenance team any work on that night. We have reprimanded our night guide for giving you wrong information without checking. Our CCTV review shows that another guest has mistakenly went to the wrong floor and thought that was his room. As for the sweage smell, we have a team constantly working on this issue. On our side, we have chemical treated our sewage pipes and have also highlighted the matters to the authority on the possibility of their underground sewage flow. The smell are improving and happen only rarely and rest assured that they are not of any health risk. We conduct sanitisation and chemical treatment of our room and toilet after every guest.
