"The hotel has been completely refurbished and is absolutely gorgeous! We were able to walk to so much in Waikiki. Loved the shopping, restaurants, beach, and bus routes so close to all the tourists attractions. The Staff were amazing and so helpful."

"Fantastic hotel and location! We only stayed for one night before our cruise, but staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Had a lovely dinner at Dukes, then walked around a few blocks of stores surrounding the hotel. Super convenient! Room was large and comfortable."

"I dinged the rating one star on service because they only gave me one small bar of facial soap for a four night stay. I would have expected a new one to be supplied by housekeeping on their daily straightening up visit. Also, the front desk said when I checked in that they would have housekeeping bring a couple firm pillows to the room. That never happened either. On the positive, the location and view are awesome. I loved the ocean view balcony."
