"The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always offered a warm drink for us whenever we left the hotel or came back (went in the winter). They also helped us order items we didnt have and got it to us in a timely manner. The communication between us and the staff was a little bit difficult as they mostly didnt speak english, but they always tried their best to accommodate and thankfully I had family members who were able to communicate with them. Overall would stay again when I travel to Beijing again. "

"Such a convenient location to all the landmarks. You’re in the middle of Nanguluo Street and all the best food and sight right by your fingertips. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and they change the seasonal tea with the herbs best for the season."

"The location is great for good food and tourism. The beds were comfortable and changed daily. We felt right at home. There are several hotels of the same name in the chain, nearby to each other, so make sure that you go by the address on the booking not the map directions which were wrong on Expedia for our booking."
