"Room is clean, with a nice view on the bund river. Location is excellent as it is next to the metro. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. Many small shops beside to look around, there is also mixue, a beef noodle shop and convenience store."

"We stayed as a couple at mandarin oriental and the ritz. The ritz was more than twice the price, however there was a different. The location is supreme, apart of IFC mall and above the lujiazui metro station. Also the views are supreme throughout the hotel. Breakfast was better, including the view from breakfast but also slightly more choices for food and drinks. The service was better in that there was English speaking staff in all parts of the hotel. Check in was very busy for new years so we didn’t get a tour of the hotel like usual, but check out was very good. Flair bar is exceptional. The negative is that it is expensive vs some of the other options, however the views and location make it worth it. Base king Room was nicer and bigger than the base king room at the mandarin oriental. "
