"We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Vacation Club Palm Canyon Palm Springs in a two-bedroom suite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The lifeguards deserve special recognition—they were absolutely wonderful with my autistic son. Their patience, attentiveness, and kindness made the pool experience safe and enjoyable for him, which meant so much to us as a family. Room service was also excellent. Anytime we needed something, it was delivered promptly and without any issues. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend for families, especially those looking for caring staff and a welcoming environment."

"We needed a room for one night prior to our flight home the next day and the price was very reasonable. We were able to check in early and use the pool the day of our stay. Every staff member that we encountered i.e. desk clerk, pool bar attendant, breakfast staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean and had numerous amenities that we did not need for our one-night stay. The breakfast they served poolside was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt at Desert Oasis for one night or for a longer stay."
