I like their breakfast buffet and their lobby ( small but nice) The staff are very friendly and helpful to us.
I don’t like that if you used their phone in the room even local calls,you have to go down in the lobby to make a call and the bathroom sink needs to be upgraded.

Nice pool, restaurant, amenities, and location close to shopping and businesses. The view was nice too. Only bad thing was the gym. Machine was broken last year and still is broken.

A very beautiful area of iloilo where you can really enjoy the city. Very lively with a lot of nightlife places to partake. Many various restaurants to choose from and not too far from churches as well. Great roomtop pool and hot tub with the view overlooking iloilo.

Good staff service and decor but a few issues
Great decor and styling but the towels seemed very old and the air conditioning unit was the noisiest of our whole trip! Hope they can sort that, we did inform them. For a little less than Marriott Courtyard they need to get those details right. Otherwise food and staff service was good.

We had an event here and stayed at a superior room for 2 nights. We were on the 4th floor which was convenient. Everything was fine, comfortable beds and beddings. Not much view from the window - overlooking a roof, street and one side of the building. Staff were hands down lovely and nice. I will stay here again.

I didn’t like that we were refused access to the buffet by staff on our last day. It is open until 11am. We still had 4 minutes until closing. We left after we were told we couldn’t have the buffet.

Everyone working in Zuri were very welcoming , breakfast was so great , property so clean and anything you requested , they were so prompt in responding . The location is very accessible recreation and transportaion wise . However if your room is near the night life area , you can not sleep because of the crazy noise .

Allow me to explain that we already brought the noise complaint to the barangay as per ordinance N. 2015-162 on noise pollution, these bars are only allowed to have videoke until 10pm which is up to 70 db and shall abide to the maximum noise level of 40 db from 10pm to 5am. We are doing necessary actions with the help of barangay and police department. I appreciate that we cannot get it right all of the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the guests stay, to ensure that they leave us feeling happy and relaxed. Very noisy at night especially if your room is facing the outside Bar area (Bulalohan and Bar restaurant). And upon checkin, the receptionist did not disclose it. Once you are in the room and at night, you will have guaranteed sleepless night due to loud sound from speakers from that bar. The hotel staff will offer you solution for that by providing ear plug. I even asked for compensation for having sleepless night, they will say promising things but will end up nothing. The room is spacious but if you end up on the room facing that said bar, you will write up negative reviews about this hotel.

No ample parking for the guests. Shower is not properly functioning, no pressure thus we have to request for pail to finish showering. Tiolet flush is horrible. Aircon is not good enough. Food is alright. Not really happy.

The place was nearby the shopping center. however, the most disappointing was during check in time we were given initially a single bed whereas we made a reservation for a king size bed. We waited for almost an hour as we are told the room was not ready. There's no guard or bellboy upon the arrival at the hotel as you have to look for them whereas the common service the bellboy or concierge are available upon reaching the hotel door. No security guard at night nor control in the elevator. Anyone can just enter the hotel and go up to your room.

Arrived 30mins before check in and the front desk told me that one room was still being cleaned and another one was still occupied. We waited for 2pm (exact check in time) and still the rooms were being cleaned and told us to wait another 15mins. After 15mins we had to initiate asking for options like just checking in on one room and get the 2nd room later just so we could rest. All they could say was sorry. The front desk staff did not know how to problem solve issues, seemed like they only knew to do what they were told to do and didn’t know how to figure out solutions when a problem arises. Basically cut our stay short by the late check in. On check out day, they knocked on our door asking us what time we were checking out when it wasn’t even check out time yet. Check out process was also a mess, they made us wait again to get cleared of our 2 rooms. I don’t know if they only have one person checking all the rooms for check out. This is not the first time I’ve been to a hotel. Some hotels you don’t even have to show your face at the desk to check out and if there’s any damages they just charge your card. Very disappointing stay for me and my family who were only looking to relax.
