"A clean and beautiful hotel. Our room was so spacious. I liked that El Corte Ingles was close by. We were also able to check in slightly early, which was much appreciated. "

"Some hints for the future. Put the desk where there is an outlet. Lamp does no good if you can't plug it in, plus most people plug in their laptops. Have instructions on how to control things like heat. No place to put toiletries since the sink has no counter and it also has a flat bottom so it doesn't drain well. Soap Pump bottle not pumping in shower. The TV is useless if it doesn't get any stations it did not work at all. "

Loads of shopping and restaurants in area, Metro directly across the avenue, wonderful street vendors/ fair this past weekend. Excellent information from managers re: navigating city.
