The staff were great! Very helpful and really did their best to make our stay pleasant. I didn't give 5 stars in all areas as we had to move rooms a few times and sometimes we had a frig in our room and sometimes we didn't. Overall the experience was great, the breakfast fantastic, and we loved lisboa very much!! Thank you!

Very good stay

We came back to Lisbon after visiting Tomar and Porto. We decided to stay in a different hotel. The staff was friendly and it was clean. The room was fairly spacious.

We liked the hotel. The location was a bit off but both bus and metro was nearby. It was also very cheap to go by uber. Breakfast was very good. Staff nice and friendly. The bed was good. Over all a really nice hotel!

Excellent stay at the property. The room was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom as well. My notes are just the lack of light but that's not enough to take a star off. Now, I removed a star from Staff just because of the cleaner that was shouting on her phone while cleaning the room opposite to mine. I could hear the whole conversation, and not only that, the housekeeping team shouts to each other asking if the other has XYZ... Very unconsidered of guests. Everyone at the desk was great specially Vasco who provided the expected great Portuguese hospitality service with a smile.

Central position Modern hotel but very bad smell in all building Roof top bar nice but with poor service (no wines knowledge at all) Economy room is so small with dark window Breakfast very poor and expensive (15€) and No Pastel de nata, not acceptable . No parking possibility

Sehr schönes Hotel mit extravagantem Einrichtungsstil. Leider hat das Hotel eine geringe Anzahl an Parkplätzen, jedoch ist es möglich an Wochenenden kostenlos auf der Straße und er Umgebung zu stehen.
