Very convenient location. Right where all the shopping is at the door step. Near train and tram station too. Good choice for hotel. The only downside is that the standard room for double bed is very cram. Bed is against the wall. Toilet is a bit stinky. Smell of urine very strong. I think they do not wash or clean the toilet floor

Overall a very comfortable stay here. Its a great location. Near to the tram and bus terminal. Public bath is the real reason for booking this hotel. There are complimentary ramen, ice pops and probiotic drink. Staff are helpful too.
