"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. "This was a nice hotel with friendly staff with a prime location in Shinjuku. Only two issues for me. The first was the set of pillows that were on the bed were not comfortable. But I went to the front desk and asked for some soft pillows. They gave me two soft pillows free of charge. Second was the showers didn’t have scrub towels, so it was just body soap and scrub by hand. For the location and the price, I would stay again at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku."
