"Everything was excellent about this hotel except the housekeeping service. The front desk, concierge, etc. were more than capable of assisting us with any need. The housekeeping staff would never leave us with the correct amount of towels, and did not remove our trash when they serviced our room. The rooms were rather spacious for a Japanese hotel. You could put your suitcases under the bed. The twin beds were sufficient enough for 2 adults and 2 younger children to stay comfortably. The bathroom was spacious as well, and I enjoyed all amenities I would definitely stay at this hotel again, even if it means getting two rooms as my family gets older. The location was convenient, the staff friendly, and the rooms worth the money."

"We came for Tokyo marathon. Great location. This hotel was fantastic in every way. Staff was so eager to help. They were very kind and polite. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Would return here anytime"

"The laundry room was nice to have. The room we had had no conditioning. Breakfast was good with lots of choices but extremely crowded. We had to wait in line to sit down. The bathroom had a tub in it that you had to step over to shower. Also we requested a double bed and we were told we could only have twin beds."
