Love everything about this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the room was clean. The location was close to the shopping center, so it took less than 10 minutes to walk there. Would definitely return on our next trip to Ishigaki.

The hotel service was good. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay (just okay). I really liked the availability of bicycle rentals. My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. I didn’t sleep well because of it. Do yourself a big favor; bring your own pillow to this hotel!

離島ターミナルから近く、繁華街までは自転車をかりれる為予約しました。 期待以上のサービスでした。 まず、タオルが使い放題！すごく助かりました。 子供の添い寝が無料ですが枕やアメニティはもらえますし、全然不便を感じませんでした。 ゴールデンウィークだったのでイベントも楽しませてもらい、高級ホテルみたいに歩き回らなくて良いし朝ご飯はマグロ丼、美味しいし、ブルーシールも食べれて最高でした！ 朝8時の船に乗らないといけなくて短い滞在でしたがまた泊まりたいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。 ひとつ、気になったのは客室の匂いです。リニューアル前に泊まったことがあり、その頃の方がひどく、客室脱臭してもらいましたが今回もタバコ？のような匂いがしました。窓も数センチしか開かないので換気もできず我慢しました。そこさえ良ければパーフェクトなホテルです。

いわゆるリゾートホテルというよりはビジネスホテル寄りですが、4人家族でも大変満足できました。 繁華街や離島ターミナルにも歩いてすぐなので便利なのはもちろん、その好立地でありながら駐車場も完備されているホテルは貴重かと思います。 また、口コミ通りで朝食のクオリティが大変素晴らしくどの料理も美味しかったです。 ビーチ用タオルの無料貸し出しやウェットスーツの洗い場などもあるのでマリンアクティビティを楽しみたい方も利便性は高いです。アメニティも必要十分。 フロントなどの共有スペースはコンパクトでプールなども無いので、ホテル内でゆっくり過ごすというより夜まで外でアクティブに過ごしたい方に最適かもしれません。 石垣島のホテルには色々と宿泊しましたが、今後もリピートしたいと思います。
