"Best Family trip!! The service was outstanding!! Our concierge directors were amazing with guiding us through out the stay, I would request Pável and Yosel to anyone who is planning to visit, the package I got for the family was just perfect and the service was the icing on the cake along with the 3bdrm villa penthouse was just amazing, beds are comfy, rooms made everyday, private chef breakfast and the refrigerator always stocked even with my non alcoholic beer "

"I went for a solo birthday trip and I had an amazing time. I stayed on the adults only junior suit. The room was clean and the bed is really comfortable. The staff were friendly and you can tell they love their job. I'm usually not fan of buffets but the food was really good. I really loved the Japanese and Italian restaurant. I really enjoyed the drinks. I would rate Majestic 10/10. I didn't want to leave!!!"

"Staff at morning and mid day buffet were excellent with Pacho and Lilliam . the lounge bar with Alfredo and Phillipe the same. As it was only my wife and I I would say the only negative was the delineation between adults and children. One pool was not enough for adults whereas the children had the waterpark and 2 other pools"
