"Hotel Riu Palace Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive was amazing!! The whole staff is very professional and friendly! They really cater to your every need! The resort was very clean and spotless! The young lady on the 4th floor tended to our room every day with fresh towels. She did an exceptional job. Cristo is a server on the beach and he was very respectful and helpful. I will definitely go back again."

"The property was very clean and the staff were very attentive. The food and the amenities at the resort were top notch. However, there were a lot of mosquitos in the resort; apparently it was due to the rain. Right behind the property (outside), there’s a residential area that can be a bit noisy. "
