We are kicked out from Arges hotel & Apart
I booked this hotel and made payment before the check-in date. It turned out that I was informed by an owner of Arges hotel when I arrived hotel that a room was not available. He moved us to other hotel nearby. The room is much smaller than the room I had booked at Arges, there are no kitchen and sofa. But he charged me at the same rate. He even said if I did not satisfy this new room, he will return money to me. But it was not fair because I booked and paid money already, I want the room I have made reservation. This situation happened with other hotel that my friends had made booking too. Many hotels in Istunbul have played with room rate and kicked the customers out from their hotel and kept the room for new customers with higher price. It is high season and it is difficult to find the room in cheap price. How would Hotels.com guarantee this bookings for customers? This is unacceptable practices and we felt disappointed with people there. How could I trust Hotels.com for next booking?
