We loved the Beyazit Palace Hotel for its proximity to the Grand Bazaar, Misir Carsisi & Sultan Ahmet. There are also transport links should one want to connect to other places in Istanbul! We walked most of the time. In the negative side, we did not quite get the Turkish hospitality that we are used to at this hotel. Customer service could be better as everything seemed to be a bit of problem. For example, we asked if we could pack a breakfast to go, like a sandwich since we were in a hurry and wanted to beat the crowds for the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The manager said no; that we have to eat in the restaurant. Even though the room included breakfast. It was also just that one off! On the whole, breakfast was very basic with only two options for cooked food such as boiled or scrambled eggs or broccoli with peppers or cauliflower with carrots. The rest was the usual Turkish spread. About the room. One of the headboards fell off. The water went everywhere when showering as there was not enough surface area to take a shower. So the water went all over the floor. There was no space to put our makeup bags in the bathroom - so basically kept most of that in the suitcase, which was inconvenient each time we needed to freshen up! Other than that, the stay was pleasant enough

The staff were very helpful, but the rooms were fairly small. A big variety of foods on offer at breakfast, but with a Turkish emphasis.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant on floor 6 had excellent views and a good range of food options. The main complaint was that the rooms are generally small although we were able to move to a larger (but not big!) room for days 2 and 3 of our 3 day stay.

Wrong room given upon arrival when told them we were told no rooms available as they were full. Entrance room given to hotel.. Noisy, no privacy, people looking in your room whilst passing. Had to keep curtains closed all day no daylight coming in. Had to upgrade 3 days later which wasn’t our fault but ended up paying 4 nights. Will not be booking. Will be putting a complaint on too.

Double room for single occupation. Quite clean & very comfortable: slippers, hair dryer, safe, kettle with tea & coffee, welcome still water. Hatel has small cosy spa where you could get massage and relax after long day exploring city. Receptionist Kenan was extremely helpful & send my luggage to other hotel without my present. Team members are very friendly and can comunicate in english without any issues. Really great experience, good price and confortable stay guarantee Thank you !

Reception and stuff very welcoming. Location is close to Metro and Tramvay. House keeping is brilliant. Breakfast is fine but when u use for alacarte there is not many option. Could be better menu and tastier Enjoy the Istanbul.

Super hyggeligt hotel, med god service. Hotellet ligger mega centralt og der er transport muligheder til nærmest alle turist attraktioner med tog og metro. Og specielt tayfun var så god til at guide os og hjælpe med alle vores mange spørgsmål. Helt klart et hotel som vi vender tilbage til:)

Das hotel ist sehr schön und liegt wirklich total zentral. Viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das personal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich aber das hat nicht gestört. Alle sind sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Sauberkeit war oke man hätte vielleicht ab und an mehr wischen können. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Spent a week ib the hotel and honestly found it amazing. Clean and spacious rooms, amazing staff and the most warm welcome. Apart from the perfection of the hotel and the quality of the service, i'd only like to point out that breakfast should be more varied. I would absolutely recommand the hotel, additionally the location helps for visitors and tourists of all genres. I would say my stay was a 10/10. Thank you especially to the staff. Regards Oussama

Проживали в этом отеле 5 дней. Заехали поздно, но при заселении не могли найти нашу бронь. Заселили в номер не тот который бронировали. Устали с дороги и не стали спорить. На следующий день попросили поменять номер. Поменяли через день. Отель в общем отличный. На завтраках прекрасный вид на море. Расположение супер. До Метро 300 метров. Пешком можно погулять в Султанахмет на Айя Софию и Топкапы. Номера чистые. Отель новый. Ребята работники отеля очень порядочные и доброжелательные. Впечатления от отеля очень хорошие.

En photo sa à l’air tout grand mais à notre arrivée les chambres sont petites notre housse de matelas avait des cheveux est notre oreiller des taches jaunes j’ai profité pour leur faire changer nos serviettes de bain avec des traces d’usures.....Concernant la chambre triple de mes enfants de la moisissure sur tous le plafond de la salle de bain photo à l’appuie c’est pas normal je profite à ce sujet sur Expédia qui prendra c’est responsabilité concernant les propositions faite sur leur site est un geste commercial à mon égard je vous tiendrai au courant de la suite...les employés sont pas du tout avenants sauf Mr Murrat est la jeune fille à l’accueil qui nous saluer est qui nous proposer des endroits à visiter..est plein d’autres petit point à revoir sinon le point positif de l’hôtel est son emplacement très bien desservie au centre ville métro est bus à 5 minutes à pied les restaurants idem...Dernier point très important PERSONNE NE PARLE FRANÇAIS

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva que hicimos a traves de hoteles.com, no tenian constancia en el hotel de que habiamos reservado y no nos querian dar habitación. Nos costo varias llamadas a hoteles.com desde el extranjero. Desconozco de quien fue la responsabilidad pero estuvimos 45min esperando para acceder a la habitación.
