Now to be fair, even though I mainly gave the bad review and rating due to the incident I experienced, and the lack of some basic things in the hotel, I should say that in general it is a DECENT hotel, in terms of cleanliness, breakfast, and good location. Now, THE BASIC FLAWS: 1. Wi fi only reached the corridor, almost non existing in the room. Maybe cause my room is far from the router and other room might not have the problem. But they DO list that one of the facilities is wi fi in your room, so they should get better or more routers if they already listed it. I complained about it, and the response was simply "even the internet in my phone is weak today, maybe there is a problem from the operator". SMH 2. Booked a sea view room. No sea could be seen from the window. That it's technically facing to the direction of the sea, YES, but View, a big NO Now, the MAIN INCIDENT which mainly affected my rating: Booked for a shuttle, and they gave wrong travel code and wrong phone number.my name was also not on the sign they held in the airport. Ended up waiting for almost 2 hours and wasting a lot of international roaming credits sorting things out. Came to the hotel and nobody admitted who sent me the wrong information in hotels.com message app.after endless complaints and asking to speak to the manager, he apologized. But I never got to know who was responsible and the guy never apologized to me

Walking distance to most top things you must see. Around the corner from multiple restaurants. Clean, quiet street, comfortable beds, nice sheets and towels, plenty of hot water, friendly. Nothing fancy Good Value for the Price. I would use it again.

Worst hotel u could not imagine! Please avoid!
The worst hotel beyond imagination! Worst nightmare ever! I had the "do not enter" red bottom on outside my hotel room door to indicate no cleaning required and don't want anyone to enter the room, I also reconfirmed the reception that no cleaning is required and stressed no one should enter our room, BUT they still did! The cleaning lady also threw away our staff that we need and put our pajamas on the dirty luggages! Obviously something very wrong with the staff hiring of this awful staff hiring system (reception and cleaner) of this extremely badly managed hotel! Further, we asked the reception to call for a taxi to the airport, the reception said 5 mins, at the end we waited and waited and the taxi finally came after 45mins! The reception had that didn't care attitude and knew we had were going to be late for the international flight, and he laughed and joked that we will be alright! He didn't even care to chase and follow up with the taxi company until we urged him to call again after 30mins!There were no other customers at the reception and he was just sitting around doing nothing and playing on his phone!He knew we were in big trouble with the lateness and the airport is yet another 45mins away!How irresponsible the staff could be?No hotel should be opened to cause some much troubles to guests who want to relax and a holiday! I really wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want your day to be screwed up very badly!! Please avoid ,with all my heart.

Dear our guest, First of all despite our efforts to help you, your comment is unbelievable. Although we've called the taxi many times, it's 15-20 minutes late because of traffic jam. In the meantime, the friendly response from the reception does not mean that they are kidding you and the reception was trying to find new taxi with his personal phone for you. Also you are saying ''he laughed and joked that we will be alright! '' . You are really unbelievable. Normally you have to reserve your taxi one day before in international flights. Not at final time. Secondly, you are telling 'I had the "do not enter" red bottom on outside my hotel room door to indicate no cleaning required and don't want anyone to enter the room'. Since two lights (red-green) were lit, our housekeeper checked your room and found that there were hundreds of used toilet paper on the floor of the entire room and had to clean in order to maintain the overall hygiene of the hotel. We invite you to be honest and polite. Best regards

I liked the cleanliness and the service. Delicious breakfast every day was a plus and it's proximity to major tourist sites like the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia and several other sites is advantageous. I'll definitely stay there again when I travel to Istanbul.

Great location. Many major sights are within easy walking distance. Many others such as the Grand Bazaar and the waterfront also walkable or take the tram which is nearby. The guys at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Good European style breakfast.

I loved Nayla Palace Hotel. The property is clean and staff is helpful and friendly. The location is the best in town right in the middle of all the action 2 minutes walk to Sultanahment Square. My mom and I felt like we knew the staff for a long time. We felt safe and protected and had a lovely time in Istanbul. We will return! Thank you!

L'hôtel est un très bon rapport qualité/prix, très bien situé, le personnel est sympa, les chambres sont simples. Le seul point négatif était la qualité du petit dej. Nous étions au rdc et c'est assez bruyant.
