The level of hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to transportation, shops, and great restaurants, which made getting around very easy. We especially appreciated how organized and efficient everything was, from check-in to check-out. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and luxurious. There’s also a wonderful free coffee service with an urban view if you have time to kill. Highly recommended, as Wakayama is a hidden gem and worth a visit"
