The location is great. The building is connected to Namba station. If they step up a few things, I would give it 5 stars. Cleanliness: the sink clogs and the sink stopper did not stay up to drain the water. There was a stain on one of the seats. The bathroom looks outdated for a 4 start hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff. The room is clean. The kitchen has basic equipments that you can make your own breakfast. It has a laundry & dryer in the room which is very convenient for families. There is a supermarket about 500m away from the hotel. Cons: It is about 1km from Dotonburi / Namba. It is not super convenient but it is acceptable.
