I don’t know how I would’ve survived my trip without the concierge. The women that were working during my stay went above and beyond to make sure everything I did was perfect From scheduling the most amazing private tour, to helping to get medicine when I was ill.(amazing restaurant, recommendations, salon, and spa recommendations, Also the spa here, absolutely amazing! "Canadian here. Amazing experience at this hotel. Free coffee and tea after 10am. Free alcoholic/non—alcoholic beverage every day after 6pm. The public bath is gender separated and consists of a hot pool, cold pool, and dry saunas - all kept very cleanly and felt amazing, went twice per day (must follow Japanese customs of being nude but it was very nice). Amazing experience. Thank you very much!"
