I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was especially impressive—the shower was perfect, and I really appreciated that the toilet had its own separate sink, which added an extra level of convenience. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Hotel is located at a convenient location, 5-10 mins walk from Kyoto station. The hotel price is pricey but it’s worth the value. Amenities were given but we hope there’s more than 1 bottle of water given.

The staff can communicate in English pretty well and assist in checking us in. Its location is further from other hotels in the vicinity to the Kyoto train station. We found the bed sheets dusty and it was changed for us. Bathroom is small , not much space to put your stuff. But we think it is a newer hotel and has massage chair in the lobby for a fee. There is hot spring but we did not use. It has water cooler, microwave and vending machines but no shower caps.

Room was cleaned and breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage in early morning before the 3pm check in. It was about 10 min walk from the Kyoto train station. We would stay here again next time in Kyoto.
