"O ar condicionado não era suficiente para o tamanho do quarto, não refrigerando-o. As toalhas tinham um aspecto de pano de chão, com cheiro desagradável, encardidas e uma inclusive estava rasgada. Reclamei com a recepção, pedindo novas toalhas, porém, que me entregassem em mãos na recepção, onde eu aguardava. Pedi que não levassem no quarto pois meu marido estava dormindo.
