"Bed was comfortable. Slept well. Was quiet at night. Staff extremely friendly. Bathroom clean and well stocked. Enjoyed a relaxing time. Indoor Hot tub and swimming pool and change rooms clean. Really enjoyed stay."

"I can't recommend Pyramid Lake Lodge highly enough! The rooms are lovely, spacious and very clean. There was plenty of parking, we were able to park almost directly outside of our room. However the main selling point for me was the views. Being able to watch the sunrise over Pyramid Lake was a special experience that we won't forget."

"Clean room, comfy mattress, AC worked well, nice bathroom and shower, staff were professional and friendly, restaurant served good breakfast, hotel is located in a fantastic location in order to access the heart of Jasper town centre. Parking spaces are limited in the hotel's own car parks however on street parking is free from 9pm to 9am. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is under renovations, so the place was a bit chaotic, but the staff were very nice and helpful. We were very happy with the room we got, which was very nice, new, and clean. Because our room was in the new wing and the elevator there was not yet working, we had to take the elevator near the lobby to the second floor, roll our luggage into the new wing, and carry it up a flight of stairs to get to our room. It was quite a long trek. We expect that the renovations will soon be finished and these issues can be avoided. There was ample parking when we were there. We would recommend the hotel once the renovation is complete and would stay there again."
