"While the Grand Hyatt staff is excellent, the location is super central and the food and beverage service at breakfast as well as in the Grand Club lounge is excellent, the fact remains that this is a very noisy hotel. On the one hand, the doors are not sound insulated and one can hear every conversation outside the room at every hour if the day. In addition, there are lod music events on weekends in front of the hotel, which usually end by 10:30 pm. Thus, am early nights's sleep is only possible during weekdays. "The Kempinski Jakarta is a great place to stay. The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast superb. It's very well located with direct access to the Grand Indonesia Mall. It's close the the MRT and to a Transjakarta bus route."
