Noise isolation is good between rooms but upper and lower rooms need to be improved, other than above, everything is good.

Good with FOC on bicycle riding. Normal breakfast served with not much choice. Public hot spring nothing special, operating hours from 4pm-2am a bit far from bus station, however there is FOC transport to send us from hotel to bus station.

設備が古く、他の部屋でお風呂を使っていると、すごく音がやかましい。17:00までフリーのフード(フライドポテトや白米、ドリンクなど)が一階にある。駅からやや遠い。温泉自体は良く、楽しかった。

整體不錯，有80分。
早餐消夜都不錯，舒適安靜，服務也好。但房間、浴室不夠乾淨，泡湯浴缸有點怕怕。

浴廁的燈光有些昏暗，雖然離熱鬧的溫泉街要走個5分鐘，但有下午茶跟宵夜很不錯

蠻糟糕的住宿經驗
整體來說是不錯的,包含宵夜、早餐。但用完早餐後,本來想休息一下再泡個湯,房務人員居然敲門要來打掃,後來又有服務人員居然拿備用鑰匙要進來,我們又還沒退房,為什麼進來打擾我們,後來沒心情泡湯了就退房了,來過好多次了,這一次住宿經驗蠻糟糕的。

礁渓バスターミナルへは15分ほど歩きます。 台鐵の礁渓駅からも12分ほどです。 新しくはありませんが、適度に改装してきれいです。 入り口横にはガラス張りのネコ部屋があり、許可を得て中に入れるようです。 朝は7時から、夜は20時から１階で簡単な食事と飲み物がいただけます。朝のほうが充実していますが、夜もビーフン、ご飯、煮玉子など、しっかり食べることもできました。 廊下にカーペットなのも足音が響かなくていいと思いました。 部屋の温泉は熱いので冷ますか加水が必要ですが、好きなだけ堪能できます。 お値段以上の快適さだと感じました。

價位還算合理的飯店
有提供早餐、簡易下午茶、簡易宵夜，隔音不太好！房間打掃的不完全，毛巾、浴巾、飲用水都沒有補上，需自行詢問房務員或請櫃檯人員協助。

中規中距的老飯店，服務人員親切
飯店設施雖老舊，但價格便宜並有下午茶和宵夜享用，雖提供樣式不多，但填飽肚子吃個粗飽倒是沒問題，算是cp值高的過夜住宿，服務人員也很用心替客人解決問題，這點加分

Cp值尚可，清潔服務待加強
1.一開門入住就發現蚊子在室內飛，窗戶敞開，要跟櫃台反應時，看到電話根本沒接線👀，自己將電話線裝上反應櫃台後，只願意給蚊香。 2.spa區因疫情沒開放能體諒，但還是希望能在網站提醒。 3.早上餐廳裡服務人員很客氣，主動詢問是否需要煎蛋。

房間沒有隔音，半夜隔壁小狗狂叫，影響睡眠品質，空間聲音很大聲，關閉後開窗又有蚊子，播電話到櫃台，櫃台沒有人接電話，只能用手機打飯店電話一段時間終於有人接電話。 若是友善寵物飯店，也應該好好規範避免寵物半夜狂叫的問題。睡眠不深的朋友，真的不推薦住。

友善寵物飯店，貼心提供早餐、下午茶、宵夜服務，服務人員都很親切，附設停車場，吃喝玩樂都方便，有機會會再次選擇入住~~
