"Room spacious and facilities adequate. Balcony overlooking Qian Jiang is particularly nice. Can view Hangzhou Stadium by night. Watching people doing exercises early in the morning along river promenade is relaxing."

"Everything is perfect: the location, staff, and room design. The only problem is the lobby floor is super slippery. And the lighting design for the mirror is terrible. You can not see your make-up at all cause all the shooting lights were from the top. "

"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"

"Location is great: 30-40min walk to West Lake, 10min walk away from the main shopping district, 30min walk to the cultural centre & Jing Hang Canal, also located right opposite a snazzy mall and above a subway station. Rooms need major upgrade in terms of sound proofing in-between rooms and also from the corridor. Lack of proper drop-off and pick-up point makes it extra challenging when hailing a ride with luggage. Gym and laundry is combined into a glass room, which is well kept and functional...
