"I would give them absolute 5 stars for cleanliness and luxury provided at this hotel. It’s a little bit away from center of town but they provide a complementary shuttle to the town every 20 minutes."
"We all absolutely love the location. Staff was not very friendly but everything else was very good. All amenities besides the actual room are an extra charge!"
"Booked this as an anniversary present and it was a great place to stay.
The venue is beautiful with different areas to eat dinner and a buffet for breakfast.
Different Onsen's to use if you don't have one in your room.
We had 1 in our room which was big enough to fit 2 people and had a view and slightly open so you got a wonderful breeze.
A bus can also take you to and from the venue and the near station (leaving at scheduled times).
Only issue was that you need to make sure that either on your booking or at check in you let them know about food allergies/intolerances etc. so they can prepare something for you if you eat at their restaurants.
Other than that, a wonderful place and lovely stay."
