This place was just wonderful. I stayed in a little duplex with a 24 hour infinity pool out front. Staff were warm, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, including a variety or French pastries, or English fries and Balinese choices, as well as fresh fruit and cereals. The spa was amazing, with Candra being my awesome masseuse. They offer a golf cart to the beach club, which is just a short an interesting walk away anyway. I cannot recommend this place to stay or the staff or their wecome enough.

Good location for airport only 20mins away, cute shops walking to local beach. Hotel is a little dated but very clean & great staff! Nice breakfast, again staff can’t do enough for you! Gorgeous pool and was lucky to get an upgrade on my room. Would stay again :)

I have stayed three nights at Kupu Kupu for work and it has been a wonderful stay. The structure is in Balinese style and the room was just amazing, with a pool view, two floors and a bath in the middle of the room. I have been welcomed by Henry who made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was very good too. Thank you!

Beautiful villa

The most beautiful villa so spacious with a beautiful bed, huge bath, separate shower and toilet room, our own sunbed by the pool at the front of the villa, very friendly staff at the hotel and beach part of the hotel which has a free shuttle from The hotel. The spa looks amazing but we didn’t use as we were only here for a couple of days, Roof top pool Good value for money We paid 150,000irp for a floating breakfasts which was really nice. Overall a very nice quite relaxing stay, close to lots of beach front seafood restaurants.

I have stayed three nights at Kupu Kupu for work and it has been a wonderful stay. The structure is in Balinese style and the Deluxe Villa was just amazing. I made a great massage offered by the manager by Chandra who has been delightfuf. The breakfast was very good and the view on the swimming pool breathless. Thank you!

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. Our complimentary breakfast each day was delicious, and we had plenty of choices. The location was not the best for us, since we had no car to get around, although the hotel did have a shuttle that took us where we wanted to go. There weren't many restaurants nearby and the roads were very congested and we felt unsafe walking around because of the traffic.

Spacious room and very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool area could use a little upgrade but was absolutely usable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Attached Italian restaurant was so good we ate there twice. Nearby shopping for clothing, snacks, and coffee. Spa was lovely and the highlight of our stay!

Very satisfied!

I was so happy that I had chosen Kuku Kupu for a 2 night stay with my visiting niece. It was great getting rides in the hotel bugee to go to the beach. Loved having the choice between eating breakfast at the hotel or at their restaurant on the beach. Food at both places was ample and tasty. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

Nice place to stay and the rooms were well serviced. The place was a bit run down and not actually on the beach as suggested by the title. The beach was about 5mins walk away. There was not too much in the immediate area. The restaurant was average. The staff were lovely and kind and I liked the pool and the room. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, luxurious with a super helpful and attentive staff! Lovely pool and bathrooms! 5 minute walk to the beach and all the bbq places there, but the road around it is very busy and not super for walking. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be in that area.

The staff is excellent!! They responded very quickly to questions prior to the trip and also on WhatsApp. They schedule a pick up from the airport that was very convenient and easy. We stayed in the private Villa and was super quiet. Breakfast every morning was great and again the staff was amazing. The shuttle to the beach club was easy and the walk isn’t bad either. After a day in the beach at the beach club we highly recommend a walk down the beach at sunset to one of the many restaurants with tables on the beach it fill the entire beach and food is amazing and very reasonable. We used this as our first place in Bali for two nights before venturing to other locations. If you are thinking about it just stop scrolling and book it you won’t regret it.

An indeed Five Star

Stayed in December 12-17, 2022, this hotel is quite unique. The location near street crossing nevertheless kinda confusing to find the lobby since it is not visible directly from outside Fast and Convenience Check in with Extraordinary Service (really a Five Star one), we feels as individually precious. Anything you need just WA to the staff....someting that you didn't find in most big hotels. Staying in Rooftop Villa which has 2 floor witch spacious room....you might occupied with 6-8 person instead of 2. Clean, cozy, and exotic with some best quality bed and pillow made resting everyday very enjoyable. One note, the bath tub water was not clear and clean, seems that the hotel in a recovery phase after a long sleep. I Hope future experience will be better As Additional, there are 3 pools here (including one in front of my room) with Pool towel is exchanged everyday. The Breakfast was delicious, a la carte with big plenty portion, thus we only need to sit and everything will be done nicely. The Coffee was really good, give a spirit in a dull hard working day... Really Worthed...^^

The tub was broken as the drain was not holding the water when closed. Not a big deal to us but disappointing. The first night was extremely noisy as there was a local ceremony next door. Music was blasting all night and we finally complained after midnight which they accommodated with switching rooms for one night. The second night I saw a rat run across one of the ledges in the room. This was the original room that we went back to. They tried to compensate for the noisy first night with a free massage but it felt like one thing after the other. Also, upon check out they held up our taxi to the airport because they couldn’t figure out if we paid or not even though I showed them a paid receipt. We were cutting it close for our flight since it was a very early morning flight but that is something that should have been handled beforehand. I would not come back or recommend.

スタッフの方はとても親切でした。 近くのビーチクラブに行くのに情報が少ないためフロントで尋ねると、すぐ調べてくれて一緒に考えてくれました。 ただ、ホテル内が（特にリビング）が埃っぽく、エアコンを見るとカビがありました。 ハウスダストアレルギーなので、咳が止まらずにマスクをして過ごしました。 また、部屋の前のプールサイドベッドの上に使用済みのタオルがチェックイン直後からずっとかかっており、ベッドが使えなかったのが残念でした。
