The property only communicated to us the check in instructions on the day before our booking date, causing us very much anxiety that we may be homeless. On top of that, the contact information they provided was incorrect. While staying at the property, the pillow covers we received had holes in them, despite the booking mentioning breakfast was included, the host did not honor it and repetitively denied it was included. They were also extremely rude. Lastly, the property confuses many taxi drivers as the instructions getting there are not clear in the property itself. To get in and out of the property is a pretty long trek. Overall, had the host been less rude, the experience would have been much better.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We deeply apologize for the oversight regarding the pillowcase. Concerning breakfast, it might have been due to our limited English proficiency that our explanation was inadequate. However, the reservation we accepted from Expedia was for a 'Standard Room Only', which does not include breakfast. We would never intend to deceive our guests. We kindly ask you to check your reservation details on the Expedia customer page. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
