"Our Hilton Fallsview stay was great with a picturesque view of the NY Niagra Falls from the 18th floor. The room was clean and the jacuzzi was a bonus. The hotel is itself is well lit with spa like colors adding to a pleasant ambiance. The staff was helpful and knowlegeable about places to see. Also, resturants, casino and concert venue are all connected indoors and within walking distance which was nice for a February stay. Would definitely stay at the Hilton here for figure trips to the area. It was a lovely experience."

"I stayed at Country Inn & Suites Niagara Falls from March 1 to 3 with my family, and we had an amazing experience. We booked a room with two queen beds. Overall, the room was comfortable, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. We did experience minor issues—the bathroom air vent was a bit loud, and when using the shower, about half of the water continued to flow through the bottom faucet. These were minor inconveniences and didn’t affect our stay. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which will likely resolve these small issues. The staff were amazing! The front desk lady, Archana (if I remember correctly), was so polite and friendly. We mentioned that we were celebrating my son’s birthday, and the next day she surprised him with a thoughtful gift bag containing drinks, chips, and candy. That kind gesture totally made his day. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is less than a 10-minute walk to Clifton Hill and easy to access from Hwy 420. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a variety of changing options, and the coffee was good. Free coffee and tea were also available near the reception, along with free cookies (which we didn’t get a chance to try this time, but we’ll definitely try them next visit! 😊). I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"Currently the resort is under renovations. We were “upgraded” to a room that was not renovated and was suppose to be further away from noise but we still heard the drilling and they start very early in the morning! Two of the elevators were not working and had to wait a couple times to get on one as staff were taking up space with supplies on them. The breakfast was set up in the basement where it was very dark and gloomy. It was a very disappointing breakfast with dry toast under heat lamps and yoghurt in big bowls that you scoop from with no cover on them. Food was very limited and not tasteful, tables were not cleaned and garbage left on tables and floor. I would not stay here again until everything is completed as the price we paid was higher than the area hotels."

"The staff was outstanding and supportive. In fact, the maintenance man came up right away to take care of our cooling system, for some reason the heat was conflicting with the cooling system, and they took care of it for us. excellent service."

"Did not enjoy the security staff sitting at the entrance to the pool or the “kid zone” and restaurant that was for private events or other people and not me or my family. Confusing unprofessional and uncomfortable situations. "
