"I was given a room I didn’t pay for when I mentioned it the staff she said “what’s the problem I gave you a room with 3 beds very rude” I booked skyline balcony view and the room she gave me was on the 14th floor with no balcony I did not feel welcomed at all seems like all the staff at the desks are rude thank you to the nice man(manager)that did help me and fix the room issue the new room was half cleaned but it was what I asked for. I did not feel comfortable asking the staff for anything because they gave so much attitude"

"The room we had was the smallest one we've ever been in beside a hotel in NYC. The bathroom was so small that the toilet was at the back of my legs while standing at the sink - which was at my stomach (I'm not a big person) There were 2 elevators but only one worked, it was only big enough for 4 people and a couple suitcases. We were on the 8th floor so every time we needed to go up or down the elevator was full. We ended up having to carry 6 pieces of luggage down 8 flights of stairs because of this so we could catch our transportation to the port of miami for our cruise. We never got washcloths and only had 2 towels in our bathroom. We kept asking for more but it was a struggle. FInally got 2 washcloths, we were there for 3 days so this was unacceptable. The bartender in the restaurant was nice but the food and drinks prices were outrageous. Also no fridge or microwave in the room. Breakfast buffet was $49.00 per person with limited choices. We struggled to communicate with the staff because they didn't speak good english, especially the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff were nice but sometimes difficult to understand. We booked this place because it was closest to Port of Miami and was reasonable. That's probably the best thing I can say about this hotel."

"The hotel room felt very European which I loved. The overall design was to be efficient and they succeeded! There is no front desk but staff where available to assist if necessary as the check in and checkout was touchscreen. The process was easy! The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and provided extra towels. The hotel offered a large quiet area to catch up on emails and to do a bit of work. Very convenient as Bayfront and Kaseya Center across the street!!!!! An easy Uber ride to South Beach."

"Unfortunately I had to switch rooms when I arrived because something black covered the molding in the bathtub. There was also a clicking noise coming from the vents. The vending machine on my floor was not working, and the hallway walls needed to be painted due to scratched off paint. Lastly, my linen on my bed was stained when they switched me to a new room. Although the physical condition of the hotel was not great, the staff were very welcoming and kind. "
