"My first visit to Hiroshima and my first time staying with Intergate. Pleasantly surprised. My room was very spacious (easily the biggest hotel room I've had in Japan in the £100-£150 per night price bracket). The room was nice and cleans the bed was comfortable with a good shower/bath combo (I would have preferred a standalone showers though). Guests also have complimentary "happy hour" drinks in the afternoon with free wine and sparkling wine as well as a small selection of cocktails, soft drinksnand and snacks; I was very glad with this "happy hour" perk. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel itself is located in a good spot, being about 20 minutes slow walk to, for example, the Atomic Dome. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. If I return to Hiroshima one day, I would strongly consider staying at this hotel again for all of the above reasons. Thanks!"

"Hotel RIHGA had this wonderful view and the breakfast buffet was great. Rooms were a bit small, but we had four beds, so understandable and not horrible. Hiroshima is such a cute town. "

"The highlight of our stay at this hotel was the tour of the Hiroshima memorial. Our tour guide, provided by the hotel, was excellent. She gave us a concise and easy to understand explanation of each of the landmarks we visited, all fully in English. She was also very amiable and kept a positive and easy-going attitude throughout the tour, never rushing us when we took our time to take photos. While waiting for the rest of the tourists to join us, the tour guide showed us how to make a traditional Hiroshima origami, which was a nice and quaint activity. Overall, a pleasant experience at the hotel but I mostly recommend taking advantage of the included Hiroshima memorial tour."

"Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. The shuttle service was very convenient and made sure to wait for everyone. The dinner and breakfast were both amazing, it was really great getting two meals full of local foods. The view out the hotel window was fantastic, we could sit and just look outside for hours at the deer walking around the beach. It was a perfect mix of traditional Japanese hospitality with modern comfort and convenience. Our favorite hotel we stayed at during our two weeks in Japan."
