Room ok but no hot water in the morning. Also had a bad experience in the Rossini restaurant. Not a classy place and some of the female wait-staff looked miserable in the presence of the male staff. I had a run-in with the latter. I wouldn't stay here again.

Not much to do there but people are amazing. Hotel staff were amazing Staff in restaurant were really hospitable. Pookey restaurant across the hotel. Small family business. So very accommodating. I recommend it. They will go out of their way to make you something that’s not in the menu.

I mostly like this hotel. Cleanliness, Quiet, Fitness, Onsen are excellent. But no toothbrush and toothpaste make me be surprised. Because i didn’t prepare it for my family.

Gym equipment is old and limited, in-room amenities very limited. No breakfast, or at least none that we were told about. Pool is nice and bed excellent.

Nice hotel
What a beautiful hotel in Kabinburi. Comfortable, friendly staff, nice looking pool, the gym was pretty cool. Would stay again if in this area.

Good and recommended
It was good for our weekend away. We enjoyed Onsen service there. We also appreciated the hotel reception, they are able to give more info when needed.

Need improvement
Old towels, the old lady staff at spa counter didn’t have service mindset. Other staffs are good except that old lady who seems to be the spa manager in front of the spa counter. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Overall, it’s not 4-5 star hotel. It’s basically 3 star hotel so don’t expect anything

super nice property. Should be your first choice.
Outstanding hotel. Easily a 5 star establishment. Comfortable bed and a shower with a rain shower head that makes you want to spend an hour under. A cool refreshing pool with two Jacuzzi pools. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent and varied dinner specials like wood fired pizza night in the restaurant. Sorry I missed that one. Missed the spa but if the same care with it as is with the rest of the property if is surely outstanding also.

Great Hotel - Try to stay more than a single night
Only stayed a single night (while passing through town), but a very nice, new Hotel. Really wished I would had more time here to relax a bit. Very friendly front desk - I arrived about 1hr after the reservation was made, but they did not yet receive it. However (very unusual from my experience!), they were willing to give us a room anyway based on seeing reservation on the phone. (Reservation arrived a bit later). Dinner at the Restaurant has nice western and thai food options. The beef they serve looks like local beef, but is still very good quality (but more affordable). I really liked the French Onion Soup, which they make slightly different with a nice baked over bread cover. Room is very nice. We had a room with a king size bed. Everything new, nice shower, good aircon, room safe, everything in a brand new look. I did not have time to use the SPA or Pool, but they looked very nice as well.

One of the best hotel for a Relaxing Weekend. Ever
A great choice for the relaxing weekend with a big touch of Japan. Everything was 99% flawless. From the ultra comfy bed to the unique onsen experience. The missing 1% maybe that I expected more Japanese dishes in the breakfast buffet. Other than that, it was a heavenly stay. The room was clean and had all the amenities I need. The rain shower was great and so was the Wifi. The aircon worked superbly, and the balcony was big and had all the things I needed to dry my swimwear. The pool and the onsen was the highlight of this stay. Nothing negative to be said. Well done! If you want something from 7-11, the nearest one is just 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again whenever I need to recharge my batteries.

Very clean and spacious room, comfy bed, nice pool, good breakfast and nice restaurant in the evening. Vegetarian choices! I came with my Big Bike and I was allowed to park it in front of the reception. All in all a very great stopover on my way from Nan to Koh Chang.

Schönes Hotel zum relaxen.
Schönes Hotel, schöne grosse Zimmer, gutes Frühstück mit frischem Gebäck und Croissants, super. Schöner, grosser Pool. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Eintritt ins Onsen gebucht mussten dies leider noch beim Eintritt ins Onsen nochmals bezahlen. Dies ist der einzige negative Punkt.
