Great location across from the waterfront. Friendly owners. Quiet at night. Nice amenities provided. However it is well worn and the refrigerator was dirty. But I would stay there again.

Excellent hosts. Very comfy bed. Nice bath towels and bedding supplied. Would like a kitchen hand towel and hooks or small rail to hang kitchen towels.

It was a wet cold night when we arrive during the cyclone. The room was warm and cozy and we had a good nights sleep. Would use them again if the need arose!

Great stay - very clean and quiet, spacious room, across the road from the beach and not far to walk into town. BBQ was useful for cooking dinners. Would definitely stay again if we're in Kaikoura.

An older motel, quite dated but clean. Shower ok but access to shower and toilet very cramped. Beds comfortable but no reading light over single bed. Kitchen clean and adequate.
