"I had booked and paid for a room with a partial ocean view. When I checked-in they said all they had were 3 rooms at the end of the hallways on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. I took the one on the 2nd floor but it had no table and no chairs, just a bed. I went to the front desk and said I should be given the room In reserved and paid for. She gave me a different room on the 5th floor with a majestic "partial view of the ocean" and the room had a table and 2 chairs (what I had booked through Travelocity.com). I was very happy with the 2nd room. Everything was fine after that."

"We loved this resort! Its in a great location. Make sure you do the night snorkling with the Manta rays! It's located just beside the resort (walking distance). "

"The room was really cutely decorated to tastefully fit the tik theme, but light and bright with the focus on the water. The woods blendeds together all the tones of the outside coming in. You literally sleep with the sounds of water roaring out your window. The new manager was very kind and hospitable. "
