Well appointed, with a salt-water pool and very nice communal areas. We stayed only one night, a stopover between Kona airport and the drive to Hilo. We left thinking we would like to stay again, perhaps stay two nights. Lovely hosts. "

If there's one (albeit tiny) negative, the property is located pretty far to the south of Kona - you definitely need a rent car."
