I was very pleased on checkout day; we had a 10 PM flight, and the hotel not only let us use the facilities all day (pool, hot tub, etc.), but they gave us access to a hospitality room where we were able to take a shower at the time of our choosing. "The laundry was definitely there but we didn't take advantage of it. The renovations taking place only inconvenienced slightly how long we had to walk to places, but it was otherwise not an inconvenience at all. Our room was renovated and the view was outstanding. The hotel bar was a treat and we were there almost every evening. All of the staff we encountered were fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. "

"What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!! Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! Greg upon check out conitnued to make us feel wanted and loved. Overall, a lovely property and a great experience but once again Ryan deserves the biggest mahalo nui loa!!
