"Good solid Condo with a nice kitchen, living room. Bed was comfortable. We chose to drive around the island so we did not spend every day there."

"We enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week. We did not rent a car and were fine without one. We could walk to a nearby plaza where there were restaurants and a grocery store. We took two snorkeling tours that departed right off hotel property. We enjoyed Tuesday food truck night and the Farmers Market. The pool was nice and the kids liked the slide. Some renovations occurring. The game room was closed. There is a bus from the plaza that takes you into old Kona Town where there is night life and lots of stores and restaurants. This hotel worked out well for us. On checkout day we didn’t fly out until late evening and they stored our luggage so we could enjoy an additional day in the area."

"The staff was excellent, the room was newly refurbished with easy access to it from the parking lot. the parking is very tight stalls (don't bring an SUV), also, get there early as they only give out a limited amount of paid for parking passes (when they run out you have to go off grounds, but they will reimburse you the difference). "

"Wasn't able to use the hot tub or the "quiet pool." Rooms were outdated and mattress in our room were really old. Curtains needed to be cleaned bad and had stains all over them. Dresser smelled really bad, so I couldn't put my clothes in it. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, windows were really clea. It was nice that the room had stuff to play in the pool, sand toys for kids, and sunblock. "
