Great stay right in the middle of the city

Nice hotel in a very good location. Feels very nice to wake up with the view of the full marine drive. Overall a good experience.

All the staff at the Hotel were extremely helpful I would specially commend Mr Vaibhav Rai for his help in al aspects.He was always willing to help with a smile. I understand from the manager he is s a " loveable Devil" He went out of the way to help my husband who fell sick on getting more rest. The Hotel restaurant staff aslo went out of the way and made yogurt rice for him. Thank you all

A very very clean hotel. Staff very friendly, flexible and helpful. Got to check in at 8am instead of 11am since the room was available. Breakfast was mostly Indian. Room was big and spacious. Lots of restaurant. A supermarket, Train station just next to the hotel.

My only negative was NOT being met at the airport upon arrival. I had arranged a transfer, but it did not materialize. This was disconcerting as I had not visited Mumbai previosly. The man at the hotel desk was unapologetic. He later put me in touch with a "friend" travel agent who could not book train tickets and advised me not to go on a sidetrip! I made my own arrangements and it worked out fine. This was y only experience with indifferent brusque service while in Mumbai.

Fantastic, modern, comfortable , and friendly little hotel in the best location in Mumbai in the shadow of the Taj Palace. Our room reminded me of the modern, minimalist, efficient rooms I found in Europe. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and new---although the doors were not opaque so there was no privacy. We were located over a wide alley so had no street noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and an excellent value.

As mentioned by others the hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were of good size, beds were comfortable and Ac was working well. As this was our first stay, we got complimentary airport pickup, they were very kind to give us fresh fruits , biscuits and the soft drinks in the mini fridge were also complimentary.. there were lots of free water bottles and all this was much appreciated. I stayed at the Taj with my extended family in 3 rooms for 3 nights. We were very satisfied with our stay from the check-in to checkout. The staff were very courteous and always looking to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are well lighted and very well furnished and housekeeping was great as expected. The breakfast had tons of Indian and western options and very good service to deliver an exceptional experience.
