"Le doy 3 estrellas porque la ubicación es muy buena y la ducha funcionaba y el baño estaba limpio. La habitación pudiera estar mucho mejor. Considero que con un poco de mantenimiento resolvería muchos de los problemas estéticos. Lamentablemente la cama no era muy cómoda y desafortunadamente algunos miembros del staff se comportaron de manera muy indiferente casi apática a excepción de las damas de recepción que lo hicieron bien. "We stayed in a Palm Villa and it was amazing. Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast delivered by boat. We spent a lot of time on our deck and in and out of the water. All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary.
