"1. Difficult during registration - need to wait nearly 30 min before the owner came to open the room. 2. Hard to find - the signage is too blurry and difficult to read 3. A lot of ants in the bed even though we clean it up. Really discomfort. 4. No soap provided. However, after making the complaint, they sent it in 15 min. 5.
