"It says they will give me a number to open the box which contains the key for a room. I have contacted the hotel more then 10 time they did not give me a room and a pass code for the key. I messaged the hotel at the afternoon 1:00 pm and call them the did not respond and I message Expedia, it did not respond as well. So I have to search other booking App for a different phone number to get in contact with the hotel staff to get the room key the next morning 3;00 Am. "

"What can i say at about this hotel, its stunning. We went in May and stayed for 3 nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay from the hotel room to the the gorgeous bathroom to staff to the food, it was simply divine. We were looked after from the moment we arrived. We travelled with our som and had two rooms. The food in the restaurant was amazing, i would definitely recommend it. I would love to go back. I especially loved their laksa cookies. Hope to go back to the hotel in the future. Well done Millen team keep up the good work "

"During my stay I needed medical assistance. The staff were quick and responsive to my needs and I felt I could not have been in better hands, Thanks to Vincent, especially. I was provided with immediate care at a nearby medical clinic, all within the hospitality of the hotel. Now THAT was unexpected and I'm very grateful. The sign of a great hotel. The level of care was first rate and I'm now fully recovered. "
