"Breakfast was fantastic with so many to choose from. They have ramen and udon, a chef was making truffle bacon french toast which was so delicious and eggs benedict with salmon. However I was asked to pay 3000 plus yen upon arrival and only cash is accepted with no receipt"

"This hotel was really amazing from the moment you step in it.The train station is inside the basement of the hotel,there is a mall attached to it and food mart too.The breakfast buffet is world class probably the best I’ve tasted in Asia.It is walking distance to Dotonbori.They provide toiletries,skin care,slippers and they have pajamas you can use everyday.The staff are very helpful and polite.I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Osaka."

"You check in yourself, you really don’t deal with staff unless you need something..the rooms were clean and had the amenities needed, except iron which you need to check out at front desk. They provide razors, soaps, toothbrush, etc…the beds and pillows were comfy…location close to station and close enough to Dotonbori..had a 7-11 in hotel 👍..had a double room so it seemed good size..single rooms would feel small…"

"Our family had an amazing stay at Citadines Osaka Namba, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the Osaka subway system and countless excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. A very special thank you to Hoang, who went above and beyond during both our check-in and check-out. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect for our family, and her warmth left a lasting impression. We would also like to give a special shout out to the beverage manager at the bar in the lobby. He often greeted us with friendly service and exceptional quality of drinks (my favorite was matcha soymilk latte)! Traveling with a child, we especially loved how family-friendly the hotel is. The kids' playroom was a huge hit, and the guest lounge was such a thoughtful space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Having 24/7 complimentary coffee, water refill stations, and a comfortable place to relax was a wonderful bonus that we appreciated every day. From the fantastic location to the exceptional service and family-friendly amenities, our experience exceeded all expectations. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Osaka.
