Room is old, walking round the maze to reach my room. Walking distance to MRT and shopping centers. Eerie feeling when you open the room window, facing the building well. Surrounding around hotel ground floor is dirty

Average hotel with good location
The hotel is quite decent for the price. My room was big enough and had most of the amenities you would expect in a 3 Star hotel. Improvement the hotel needs in the soundproofing of its rooms. The walls are paper thin so getting decent sleep was difficult. Overall had an OK stay.

I didn't like the address direction used in Expedia. It left us looking for the place a block away. You guys should update the address on Expedia to 802, Taiwan, Kaohsiung City, Lingya District, Zhonghua 4th Road, 31號16F.

飯店基本上是商業大樓整層去做旅館. 大樓有點老舊. 入住房間窗戶很小, 拉開百葉窗看到的是對面的房間.基本上採光是經由大樓天井. 浴室淋浴門沒辦法關上. 會一直打開. 淋浴水壓夠大. 熱水也夠熱. 洗完澡門外都是水. 盥洗用具需要跟櫃台要. 隔音不是很好. 門外有人講話房間可以聽到. 整體一般般. 我當晚住的房間與網站照片有蠻大的落差.. 若以房價來評論住宿品質. 算是可以接受.

建議移除網頁說明”可停車”,接待服務員說其實是指路邊車格或騎樓或類似嘟嘟房之類的意思，當晚到達時，附近停車場入口並無管理員，最後只能路邊停車，造成擔心車子停車處在日間會有問題，一早就得退房離開，感受滿差的，若知飯店無車位，就不會考慮這間
