Very conveniently situated next to MRT and a shopping mall. All staff were friendly and professional. Not a vacation resort, but it’s a perfect stay for business trip.

The chain of Cozzi Hotels lives up its reputation as a fine choice among hotels in Taiwan. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is well-appointed with shower, stand-alone bath, and bidet. This branch of the Cozzi Hotel in Kaohsiung is located on floors 23-30 in a building located in the shopping district and steps from the subway. Interestingly, check-in and breakfast in on the 30th (top) floor which for breakfast, provides a magnificent view of the city, the port, and the South China Sea.

The room was nice and clean and is a very good choice of business hotel or leisure travel. Bathing facilities are very good. There is not much food choices for morning buffet although it’s understandable. A very value-for-money choice.

Good location, close to MRT station However, the overall staying experience is just average. The elevator access card becomes invalid for twice during my stay. Machines at the gym are out of service. With room rate at this price range, I am sure there will be better options in Kaohsiung.

I not aware I have VIP Access and no one told me. The Air Con was not cool enough, and I can notice there was always smell of damp around (especially on first day). very annoying.

The rooms are very large and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaints are related to lighting. First, in both rooms in which I have stayed, there is a clock that is so bright that it is hard to sleep. Second, I enjoy reading before bed, but the "reading" light is directly overhead and very, very bright. I would like the option to have a dimmer light or to be able to use the lamp next to the bed without having all other lighting on.

Well located next to subway station and opposite from mall and cinema. Rooms were clean but sheets were a little rough. One overhead lamp was not working. Room was big and had a great view. Breakfast buffet was plentiful in a hugh restaurant.
