Value for money. Good service attitude, cleanliness and facility is what makes a pleasant stay. So far the one hotel i come across where the actual room surpasses the photo advertised online. The free flow of snacks and drinks on level 2 is an added bonus.

10/10! Excellent and how all hotels could be it they valued customers like this hotel! Great breakfast options and free happy hour with extensive snack choices from 1750-1900. Don’t look any further for great accommodation in KC! We came back and stayed again after Taitung visit. Just do it!

We are on the 4th night of our 6-night stays. In addition to the food many reviewers have already mentioned, I am particularly impressed by the great services my wife and I have received by all the staff we have encountered so far. They are all very courteous and well-trained. One very professional server Andy, gave us great service at breakfast on our first morning. We just ran into him again during afternoon happy hour and he offered to give me a specially made cocktail which tasted wonderful. We only to find out later that he is the General Manager of the hotel, the big boss himself. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never had such an honor been served by the top guy at the hotel before. Andy and his team have really impressed us and made me look good, because my wife has said more than twice already that she really likes this hotel. Thank you, Andy. Wishing you continue success.

The hotel is very close to metro stations (高雄捷运 and 美丽岛捷运). It's no more than two blocks away from either stations, and the commute time from either station to the airport station is about 35 minutes. The hotel is also very close to 六合夜市, where you can browse around for late night snacks. The facility is clean and quiet. I recommend this hotel if you are planning a short trip to the city.

All staffs in this hotel were wonderful and all could speak English. Breakfast included one main dish to choose from 3 great choices. Night time there was free cocktails and snacks which were great .

you won’t feel the delicacy of the hotel until you check in and start to enjoy their services in detail. The breakfast is cuisine, not just buffet, which is very rare and special. When I tried to ask lemon for my sea food, which they don’t accompany with, they hesitated for a moment since it’s not on menus but provided me anyhow.

Great hotel. Beautiful view. Wonderful service. Breakfast are tasty. Semi buffet with main courses. Main courses are the same for two days which makes a little tiring.
