Nice Hotel, Recommended
Good hotel. A bit dated but clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Lots to choose from. If you have luggage, it's a bit far to walk from Kaoshiung Main Station.

Thee were too few choices in the buffet breakfast. The food is not hot enough. The distamce to Kaohsiung MRT is longer than stated, almoat 20 mins walking distance. The staff was nice to help me with the luggage to the taxi after check out.

At 1am a stranger came knocking on our door trying to get in and give us his number. After that incident the hotel did not seem safe.. otherwise the facilities were okay for the price.

Great Hotel, Good Deal, Great Time
Check-in was very quick and easy. The staff is very helpful and did their best to answer all our questions about the area. They also helped call taxis for us and wrote the names of the places we were going in Chinese on a piece of paper so there wasn't any confusion with the taxi drivers. The free bikes available to help you get around are fun and memorable. The breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable with great AC.

Room is clean so as bed and towel etc. the hall way carpet and inside of elevated are very dirty and could be cleaned or replaced. Over all I had very pleasant experience.

Nice clean room but far from metro station
Room is clean, spacious and quiet. However, location of hotel is far from nearest metro station. Hotel do provide shuttle service half hourly though. Please do consider the shuttle service because it's 15 mins walk.

Relatively new, clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. I got on with a Jacuzzi in it. It has free good breakfast, free wifi and free parking.

Excellent staff
The staff are very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. They want to ensure that all your concerns are taken care of, even recommended the better night market. Although situated in an unusual location, they offer free shuttle to & from the mrt station, which is about a 15 minute walk. The room is spacious & clean. I would recommend this hotel if you visit Kaoshiung.

Room smelled of smoke. While the room was a non-smoking room they clearly do not do enough to clear the stench when someone breaks the rules. Aside from that the room and staff were great.

Spacious but far from subway
My second stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, the jacuzzi was nice and the WiFi signal was stable and strong (each room has its own router). The receptionists were helpful too. The cons: there's no safe in the room, and the hotel's a distance from the railway/subway station with not much things to do in the surrounding neighbourhood. They do provide half hourly shuttle service to the station though.

Good budget hotel
The family room is large and spacious but decor is simple. We were first given a room that has smoke stench. Upon request, the hotel reception immediately changed us to another room and provided an air purifier too. Hotel service is prompt and friendly and even offered free shuttle service to train station.

Spacious room, but long walk from MRT
The hotel interior looks new. The room is spacious and equipped with usual amenities like hair dryer, though the cardboard is very minimalistic (Which is not uncommon of such boutique hotels). The jetted bathtub is huge and definitely worth the extra money. The breakfast buffet was ok, some dishes are changed on daily basis The two down sides are the lack of view as my room faces the adjacent building, and the distance from MRT/train. it's some 10-15 min walk away as you still have to use the bridge to the MRT/train entrance at the opposite side of the track. The hotel does provide shuttle service, but on an hourly basis.

Clean, New and Wide Room
I was staying in a quad room in this hotel. The room space is wide. Breakfast is fresh and taste good. Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. Although the hotel is a bit far from Kaohsiung train station and Mrt but this hotel provide free shuttle service to train station, therefore we don't feel any inconvenient or hassle to us. We just wait about 5 minutes at train station everytime we call for the return shuttle service, this show the hotel staff is very efficient. It was a plesent stay in this hotel and value for money. I will stay in this hotel again.

Excellenet and nice staying
the room is well tidy and really concern with the guest. The suprising that Front Office agent really double confirm for higher floor and near the lift which no neeed me to request or reminding them which is a good image for me and my friend whom stay with me. Overall for the stay is good and up to standard. Finally, God bless Kaohsiung as there had floods in the city during my stay.

The shower tap is very weak, water comes out really slow. Location is not convenient at all, need to take hotel shuttle or taxi to the nearest metro station. I reserved hotel shuttle from metro station to hotel but it didn't come. I have to take taxi by myself to the hotel at the end.
